USD/CAD D1 Technical July 05

USD/ CAD is trapped in a range of 1.0555 to 1.0450 level. Bollinger bands are not providing clear signals due to oversold of pair. Break of any level will confirm trend.

Price action on 1.0555 level should be watch. If pair manage to reached that level and H4 candle closure above 1.0555 then USD/CAD will continue its uppish trend.

But if pair fails to break its resistance level and H4 candle closer below 1.0555 level then it will show bears are incharge that will take pair towards 1.0450 level.

USD/CAD is in bullish mood. Pair will test its resistance at 1.0130 level. Price action on this level should be handle carefully. If pair manage to break this level and H4 candle closure above 1.0130 level then pair will further move towards north.

The scenario will be change, If USD/CAD didn’t manage to hold its support 1.0050 level and H4 closure below support level will take pair down towards 1.0000 level.

Yesterday’s positive report of IVEY PMI affects the pair, push the pair around 85 pips. Today the pair has support 0.9772-75 and resistance around 0.9879. The price action on these levels are important to watch. some high impact data’s are there to be release which can give a big move to the Pair, data’s like Building Permits m/m, Employment Change,Unemployment Rate and Non-Farm Employment Change.

On daily chart USD/CAD is following a flag pattern in a bearish channel and has support at 0.9956, break of support will be strongly bearish, while on the upside 1.0043 is needed to be broke so that the cable will touch the upper limit of the bearish channel. Building Permits m/m, Ivey PMI, Fed Chairman Bernanke speaks later which will affect the rate of pair.
